Doug Miller is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture. Cityscape Inc. opened for business in 1977. To date, Cityscape Inc. has provided continuous exterior landscaping services to numerous commercial accounts throughout Southern California.

D.E. Miller & Company opened for business in downtown Los Angeles to provide the City of Angels with quality interior plant designs, installations, and service in 1952. Over the years, the company's growth expanded service into Southern California. Cityscape Inc. purchased D.E. Miller & Company Inc. the family owned interiorscape company in 1994 and renamed the company to D.C. Miller & Company. Cityscape Inc. and D.C. Miller & Company. now work together to provide full interior and exterior landscape services, to meet all aspects of the commercial communities landscaping needs.
